  How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

  Easiest way to cancel:

  1. Login to Jeff's Guitar And Steel with your username and password:
     
     
  2. Click on the My Account button at the top of the page:
     
  3. Click on Cancel My Subscription underneath Account Details:
     
  4. If you signed up with a card, Apple Pay, or Google Wallet, you're all canceled! We hope you come back next time!
  5. If you signed up with PayPal, you'll be brought to PayPal where you will need to login to your PayPal account.
  6. Find the Jeff's Guitar And Steel - Pedal Steel & Guitar Guide subscription listed and click on Details.
  7. Look through your Transaction Details and click on View Details.
  8. Click on Cancel.
  9. You're all canceled! We hope you come back next time!

  How Do I Sign Up for a Monthly Subscription?

  1. Go to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com and click on "Sign Up" at the top of the page.
  2. You will be taken to a menu of different options, choose the one that best suits you and click "Sign Up".
  3. Next fill out all the required fields and click on Continue.
  4. Next select your preferred payment method.
  5. If you selected card, you will be asked to enter your credit or debit card details.
  6. If you selected Apple Pay or Google Wallet, you will be asked to authenticate your payment.
  7. If you selected PayPal, you will be taken to PayPal where you will need to sign into your PayPal account or create an account. Once you complete your sign up to PayPal you will be directed back to Jeff's Guitar And Steel.
  8. Next, Jeff's Guitar And Steel will ask you to check your email so you can verify your email address, (make sure you check the email you used to sign up to Jeff's Guitar And Steel and check your spam folder if you cannot find it).
  9. Click on the verification link in the email sent by Jeff's Guitar And Steel.
  10. The verification link will directed you back to Jeff's Guitar And Steel where you can now login successfully!

  I Did Not Recieve a Verification Email, What Do I Do?

  1. Go to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com and Login
  2. Click on Login at the top of the page
  3. Click on the phrase, "Forgot username or password?"
  4. Follow the instructions for the password reset on the right side of the page where it says "Email Verification Help"

  How Do I Reset My Password?

  How Do I Upgrade from a Free Member to a Subscription with a Promo Code?

  Only Free memberships can upgrade.

  To upgrade:

  1. Go to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com and Login
  2. Click on "Upgrade Now" at the top left of the page.
  3. You will be shown a menu of different subscriptions. Enter your promo code at the bottom of this page and click "Upgrade with Promo Code"
  4. Next select your preferred payment method.
  5. Go through the necessary steps for your desired payment method.
  6. You will be returned to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com where you can now login!

  How Do I Upgrade from a Free Member to a Subscription?

  1. Go to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com and Login
  2. Click on "Upgrade Now" at the top left of the page.
  3. You will be shown a menu of different subscriptions. Click "Upgrade" on your desired subscription.
  4. Next select your preferred payment method.
  5. Go through the necessary steps for your desired payment method.
  6. You will be returned to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com where you can now login!

  How Do I Purchase Indiviual Tabs and Videos Without a Paid Subscription?

  1. Go to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com. Click "Sign Up" on the upper right hand corner above the menu bar.
  2. Click on "Free" when presented with the list of subscription plans.
  3. Fill out your information and click continue
  4. Check the email you used to sign up with and find the "JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com" email
  5. Click on the verification link in the email, you will be returned to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com
  6. Login with your username and password
  7. Find your favorite tabs on either the Guitar or Pedal Steel side of the site and click on the "Buy" option to the right of your favorite tab.

  How Do I Access Individually Purchased Tabs and Videos?

  1. Go to JeffsGuitarAndSteel.com and Login
  2. Login with your Username and Password
  3. Click on "My Guides & Accounts" at the top of the page
  4. Look below where it says "Individually Purchased Items".
  5. To the right of your item click on Watch to stream your video anytime - click on Download to get your tab anytime

  
  

  If you still don't see your individually purchased item, it could be because you are using a browser (Windows Explorer 8 or older) that is not supported by Jeff's Guitar And Steel. Let us know through the contact form if that's the case and I will gladly refund your money.

  Payment Skipped Notice, How Do I Update My Payment Info?

  1. Login to your PayPal account
  2. Click on the Profile icon in the upper right hand corner
  3. Click on the gear symbol where it says "Profile and Settings".
  4. Click on "My Money" and update your credit card information

  
  

  If the credit card doesn't seem to be the problem you can call PayPal @ 1-888-221-1161 and they will get you sorted.
